These Terms & Conditions outline your responsibilities and rights when booking with Boho Glow Studio.

1. Booking Agreement
When you book an appointment or submit a bridal inquiry, you agree to the terms outlined on our Policy Page. For bridal bookings, a signed service agreement is also required.

2. Deposits & Payments

• Bridal bookings require a 50% retainer to secure your date.
• Mobile/on-location services require a $40 deposit.
• All other payments are due at the time of service.
• Deposits are non-refundable if canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations must be made 24+ hours in advance to avoid fees.
• Late cancellations are charged 50% of the service total.
• No-shows are charged 100% and may require prepayment to rebook.

4. Service Disclaimer
Results vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific outcomes and are not responsible for results affected by:

• Improper preparation or aftercare
• Underlying skin conditions
• Personal lifestyle or environmental factors

5. Liability
Clients agree to disclose any health conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect service outcomes. Boho Glow Studio is not liable for reactions or outcomes if full disclosure is not provided.

6. Photography Consent
Boho Glow Studio may request to photograph your results (with consent) for promotional purposes. Participation is always optional.

7. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior, illness, or who arrives more than 10 minutes late without notice.
