We understand that plans change. If you need to reschedule or cancel:
Late Arrivals
To respect everyone’s time, we allow a 10-minute grace period. After that, your appointment may be shortened or canceled and subject to a no-show fee.
Satisfaction Policy
Your satisfaction means everything. If something doesn’t feel right after your appointment, please contact us within 24 hours so we can discuss a solution.
Makeup Services
Please communicate throughout your appointment to ensure your look is just right. Once you leave the studio, we are not responsible for changes due to personal activities (weather, tears, eating, etc.).
Spray Tan Services
We provide prep instructions to help you achieve the best result. Boho Glow Studio is not responsible for outcomes affected by improper prep or aftercare, existing skin conditions, or individual skin chemistry. Refunds are not offered, but reasonable concerns may be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
Health & Safety
If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule. This includes fever, cough, sore throat, or any contagious condition. Clients who arrive visibly ill may be refused service and charged a cancellation fee. You should also reschedule if you have a recent sunburn, open wound, or skin condition that may impact service quality.
Sanitation
We follow strict sanitation protocols in compliance with Minnesota state regulations. All makeup brushes, tools, and spray tan equipment are disinfected between clients. Fresh robes and towels are provided at every appointment.
Children & Guests
Children
To maintain a peaceful and safe environment:
Children are welcome only if they can remain quietly in the studio with you. They may not be left unattended in the salon lobby.

To secure your appointment
- Bridal Makeup: A 50% retainer and signed contract are required to reserve your wedding date.
- Mobile or On-Location Makeup: A $40 deposit is required at the time of booking.
- Final Payment: Final bridal invoices are due one month prior to the wedding date.
- All other services must be paid in full at the time of the appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. If you need to reschedule or cancel:
- Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the service total.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total and may be required to prepay for future bookings.
- Mobile/on-location deposits are non-refundable if canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
- Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may forfeit their appointment and be charged as a no-show.
- If we need to reschedule, we will do our best to provide at least 24 hours’ notice (excluding emergencies).
